The Town of Granby is a wonderful place to live. We are working hard to provide safe, affordable, appropriate housing options for our residents. The Town is excited to share this Preliminary Design that was approved by the Town of Granby Planning Commission to bring 235 homes to Granby. This deed restricted development is dedicated to primary residents who work in Grand County. There are also income and asset restrictions for all applicants to make sure we are first and foremost, serving our community workforce. Nuche Village is located east of US-Hwy 40 between Silversage and the Flying Heels Rodeo.
Work is underway to build a new road from US Hwy 40 providing access to Nuche Village and to upgrade sewer utilities to support all of the residential and commercial lots in the area. Phase 1 will include both rental and ownership opportunities for residents, with construction beginning Spring 2025.
This phase includes (5) 15-unit apartment buildings that have 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom options. It also includes 29 for-sale homes – (21) 2-bedroom townhomes, (4) two-bedroom duplexes, and (4) single-family 3-bedroom homes.
