Polhamus Park Parking Lot - Deadline March 13, 2025

Sealed BIDS for construction of the Polhamus Park Parking Lot project will be received via email at the addresses provided below until Thursday, March 13th, 2025 at 10:00 AM, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. This is a Town of Granby project. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of bid price is required, and Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of bid, will be required. All questions shall be directed to the Project Engineer listed below no later than 4:00 PM on Thursday, March 6th, 2025. Final questions and answers will be posted no later than 12:00 PM on Friday, March 7th, 2025. A set of electronic (PDF) Bid Documents will be made available via email on Monday, February 17th , 2025, until the time that Bids are opened.
