Janitorial Services - Deadline March 14, 2025

Provide the Town of Granby with building cleaning services for Town Hall, Community Center, and Train
Depot. Supplies and equipment shall be provided by the contractor with the exception of trash bags,
light bulbs, entry mats, hand towels, toilet paper, and liquid hand soap. Contractor must provide proof of
Worker’s Compensation insurance, unless sole proprietor, and Certificate of Liability Insurance.
Contractor shall provide references and before the contract is executed, provide drivers license and social
security numbers for all staff working on this contract. A full background investigation for any employee
providing these services for the Town is required.  

All proposals must be received in a sealed envelope by 4pm on March 14, 2025.
