Town Records

The Colorado Open Records Act, (CORA) C.R.S. § 24-72-201 to 206, provides that all public records shall be open for inspection by any person at reasonable times, except as provided in part 2 or as otherwise specifically provided by law.  

If you would like to view Town Records within the Town Clerk’s office, please print, complete and fax a public records request to Records at 970-887-9347. Please call Town Clerk's office to verify receipt of your request and if you have additional questions. You may also bring the completed request to the Town Clerk’s office, Town Hall, Zero Jasper Avenue or email your request.

Please refer to the fee schedule on the public records request to determine the cost for obtaining copies of documents.
