Town Records

If you would like to view Town Records within the Town Clerk’s office, please print, complete and fax a public records request to Records at 970-887-9347. Please call Town Clerk Deb Hess to verify receipt of your request and if you have additional questions. You may also bring the completed request to the Town Clerk’s office, Town Hall, Zero Jasper Avenue. You may e-mail your request to dhess@townofgranby.com.

Please refer to the fee schedule on the public records request to determine the cost for obtaining copies of documents.

If you would like to perform your own search of Town Ordinances, Resolutions, Agendas or Minutes you can visit the Town Clerk's office.  Please call or e-mail Deb Hess to make an appointment.
