Mobile Vendors & Peddlers Permits

All mobile vendors and peddlers conducting business within the Town of Granby limits are required to obtain a permit to do so (Municipal Code Chapter 5.05), in addition to obtaining a Colorado State Sales Tax License.  

 

Food Trucks/Push Carts

For new or remodeled food truck/push carts please visit the Grand County's Consumer Protection Page for requirements and application process.

All food truck vendors within Grand County are also required to obtain a Temporary Food at Special Events Permit.
