Granby Municipal Court

The Town of Granby Municipal Court handles traffic, parking, animal and other municipal code violations. Many of the charges are payable prior to court. The Court Clerk is available to accept payment of fines or answer questions during normal business hours. The Court Clerk is not allowed to give legal advice, please seek legal advice from an attorney.

Municipal Court is held on the third Thursday of every month at 9:30 a.m. in the boardroom of the Granby Town Hall.

The Town of Granby municipal court is a court of record. Court proceedings are governed by State statutes, court rules, and the ordinances of the Town of Granby.
