Water and sewer tap fees vary by service area.

Water meters, not mentioned in the form, are an additional $850.00 (as of 5/02/2024).

North Service Area Tap Fees: located north of the Fraser River and includes the Granby Bridge/Edgewater neighborhood.

South Service Area Tap Fees: located south of the Fraser River and Granby Bridge. This area includes Granby Ranch and Grand Elk.

Moraine Park Tap Fees: while outside of Town limits, the Town operates the water system for this neighborhood.
