Final Status Requests

Final Status Requests are used by title companies to determine if and how much a property owner owes the Town during a sale. It is important for title agents to submit a form on vacant land as well as developed land. Each water service area has its own form as each service is billed differently. Forms have been updated for 2024.

North Service Area Status Form: located north of the Fraser River and includes the Granby Bridge/Edgewater neighborhood. The Town services only water for this region.

South Service Area Status Form: located south of the Fraser River and Granby Bridge. This area includes Granby Ranch and Grand Elk. The Town services water and sewer for this region. 

Moraine Park Status Form: while outside of Town limits, the Town operates the water system for this neighborhood. The Town services only water for this region.
