West Service Area (WSA)

The West Service Area encompasses the land north of the Fraser River and west of Highway 34 (essentially Sun Communities). 

Water rates decreased in 2024 from $55.75/1,000 gallons to $44.01/1,000 gallons used. Sun Communities and Sun Outdoors are the only customers of WSA. Those entities bill their consumers in Smith Creek Crossing and Sun Outdoors RV Resort independently of the Town of Granby.

A water rate study was completed by in 2022 to help determine the rates for the West Service Area. The Town of Granby accepted the rates as presented.
