West Service Area (WSA)

Smith Creek and Sun Outdoors River Run are the only customers of the West Service Area. They bill the consumers directly and independently of the Town of Granby. Water rates for 2025 are $34.49 per 1,000 gallons.

A water rate study was completed by in 2022 to help determine the rates for the West Service Area. The Town of Granby accepted the rates as presented and has since lowered them to the current rate.
